Name you risk assessment

I was talking to another childminder and we was talking about risk assessments that we all have to have and l thought id start a thread called name your risk assessment that ofstead keep adding to.

Mine so far are.

1.dogs
2.Outing
3.Fire
4.garden
5.Upstairs

who can have somthing different to this list.

car
public transport
shops (eg does your pram fit through door etc)
park
car parks used
other settings
drop ins
play centres
library
school run


we dont need sheets of A4 just notes of Risk and how you will keep the children safe in different areas,,,

going on risk ass training tonight dont think i need it but bumping up my personal training hrs, need to do 30+ a yr to be on Network, i might learn something new?

I don't do a fire risk assessment as this is covered in my fire policy and procedure

I did do a risk assessment on each room in the house, the garden (including equipment), the car, the garage, walking, in the car, to the park, soft play, routine outings and non routing outings
