    Default Who knows?

    Question if your a childminder and some friends asks you to look afder there children for no more then 2 hours then dose it need to be contracted.It would be for a 6 weeks or so.

    Yes, it needs to be contracted for your own protection as much as anything, for insurance purposes etc.

    i would still use ncma's contracts and child record forms ..etc
    just to cover you
    if it was a one off one day thing then its a favour,

    Always use Ncma contracts if you are with them.

    Do you have any temporary ones? They would do the job
