Yep! I've eaten the cupboards empty today! Eaten the mother of all roast dinners (yorkshire puds, caulifower cheese etc..)

But tomorrow I'm going to follow Slimming World. I know it works for me 'cos I lost 7 stone 10 years ago. Is anyone else doing SW??

I reckon I will have 3-4 stone to lose but will find out tomorrow when I stand on the scales

Is there a thread where we post our starting weights or something?

I am sure you can do it again, losing 7 stone is a lot and you must have done really well last time.

Yep well jumped on the scales this morning and the damage is ............. 13st 3lb - more than I would like BUT less than I expected!!

I have gained 1 stone in the 6 weeks since I last weighed myself

No messing about now, must knuckle down

Yep i have also started my SW DIET - Oh i hate the D word!!!!
I joined a few years ago so am just using those books as i'd prefer not to go to the classes. I won't go on the scales so haven't a target as such, just as lond as i start to see my hips shrink i'll be a happy girl!! haha

Hmmmm.......... It was all going so well

Breakfast - Allbran Skimmed Milk

Dinner - Chicken Salad

Tea - Quorn Spag. Bol.

Snacked on Fruit

However, this evening I have fell foul of 4-5 Heros and a fair few peanuts (peanuts ... fatal!)
