    hi everyone
    had our drop in a childminder has new child from middlesbough the parent asked did ruth (another) if she had a EYFS file for the child ruth show her what she had which is what we were all give and what she has created herself, the parent said no not that this is a tick file for child to carry around from setting to setting anyone else know of this

    Sounds like one of the QED tracker books.

    Yes it does... and according to Ofsted, they don't like them...

    They want to see words and pictures, not ticks

    I think a lot of childcarers are using the QED tracker books alongside a scrapbook and this is probably what mum is talking about
