    Default Stove Guard

I have a stove guard that I have put up. However it keeps falling off, its only held on with sticky pads that came with it, any ideas what else I can use? I like it as it gives me peace of mind if my children come near the stove and I'm cooking that they cant reach up and put their hands on the rings.

I don't allow children in the kitchen whilst I am cooking so I block the door with a stairgate

Why not speak to the manufacturer as it might be a fault that they know about

Oh, I used to have one of those sticky ones and it was rubbish, but I now have a great one from ikea and it kinda slips under the hob. I'll see if I can find a link.

I have the one from IKEa as well, think they are 9.99 then if you get a family card you can have them for 6.99 i think.. its stainless steel and hooks under hob, its excellent and you can lift it out of the way when kids in bed to do grown up cooking.

can't find the link on ikea website though sorry..

It sounds a bit flimsy if the sticky pads aren't even sticky... is it worth trying to get your money back?
