Ofsted visit

Hi I was wondering what is the average time from getting registerd to the visit from ofsted. My network co-ordinator told me its usually between 3 and 6 months. Im a bit worried if it is 3 months as the girl I was minding in the hols is now back at school and the only inquiry ive had was due tonight, they didn't turn up. If it is 3 months then I will be due a visit in November as I was registerd in July, I'm now getting worried.

I would be grateful for any advice.

I was told within the first 7 months.

In reality i was registered last may, started looking after my first mindee from october last year and only had my inspection 3 weeks ago.

It does vary though

It is within the 1st 6 months of becoming registered, however if ofsted call and ask to come round you can always explain the situation and they can just postpone the visit.
