    Default risk assesments

hi can anyone help me with risk assesments.

what do ofsted prefer one for the whole house or one for each room? do you have a check list or do you just write things down, how often do you do them?

I have done one for each room in the house, the car, the garage, the equipment and the garden

    Plus outings and regular routines

We all do risk assessments in our heads but I also document it each year unless it is urgent

I think it's a legal requirement to do risk assessments at least one per calendar year. I think Ofsted sent the info out in letters recently (within the past week or so).

I do mine for each room.

I have one for kitchen as a room and one for hygiene in the kitchen.

I also risk assess evacuations, out in the car, walking to school and pets

I still need to do mine. I have R.A.s for outings etc but I haven't done any for the house and garden. I'll put it on my list of millions of things to do.
