Childminding group meeting for 10years!!

Hi Everyone bet there is someone who could help, me you all come up with great ideas and helpful imformation::
We are celebrating at our local childminding group soon which we started 10 years ago. and i would like to print out some free certificates to give to the children, we are obviously doing other things any ideas
