Default Permission from landlord to undertake childminding

    Hi all,

I'm new here. I'm thinking of becoming a childminder. I'm still looking into to see if this is for me and if I can fulfill all the requirements. One of which is getting permission from my landlord. We rent from the agency who is very good at communication, maintenance etc.
I hope they will be ok with me doing childminding in our flat. What do I need to get from them? Will a 'Yes' reply to my email be sufficient? Or do they have to sign a specific form or agreement?

    Thx!

There isn't a specific form - just ask for a letter giving you permission
