    Default Clingy baby

I've got a baby that literally won't let me put them down, not even the floor in front of me with me sitting there, they demand to be on me the whole time and it's so wearing. They nap ok, they gobin the buggy ok, eat fine etc but literally the data are spent holding them or they just cry, it's so tiring I'm tearing my hair out. Any advice?

How long has the baby been with you and how any days a week are they doing?

It can be like this in the early days- baby needs to learn that you are to be trusted. I use a sling and hold them as much as they need (when safe/possible). If happy in buggy then use that indoors to give yourself a break- no harm in it if it helps baby feel secure. If baby is just 1 day a week it can be hard to settle, but if they are doing more days then it is usually just a matter of time until they feel secure enough to be seperated from you.
