Default Arranging dbs for new assustant

I'm in the process of taking on an assistant. I've tried to ring Ofsted this morning to arrange a DBS but the system says it doesn't recognise me!

Does anyone know how to arrange the DNS or should I email Ofsted and hope the contact me?!

Hi log onto ofsted online and it tells you there what to do. You apply for the dbs online

I just logged on and can't see any links for DBS.

I've emailed Ofsted so hopefully they will get back to me. It's such a headache!!
