Has anyone ever done the vinegar and baking soda experiment? It's supposed to create a "volcano effect". I tried it and it completely didn't work! Wondering where I went wrong?!

I used malt vinegar....
I also used "bicarbonate of soda"...is that the same as "baking soda"?!

I wonder why it didn't work. We do it often. I use malt vinegar too. Maybe it was the ratios you used? Check out 'Growing a Jewelled Rose' - she doeslots of versions of it.
