    Default Weekly attendance records

Do you record your contracted hours on here or just the hours the children attended? What if they're poorly? Or if they sometimes come late/early? X

I record the hours that children ACTUALLY attend, plus any sickness, holidays etc. Mainly for insurance purposes, ratio's etc. Also if parents are early/late you have evidence for additional charges etc?

You need to record actual hours they are with you.

If a child doesn't attend for whatever reason, I write that in the space (day off, illness etc).
