    Default Safeguarding file

Do you all have a seperate safeguarding file? Is this good practice and what do you put in yours?

No, Info on children goes in children's file. Safeguarding Policy is in portfolio. Ant concerns would be noted and put in children's file.

    Is that what you mean?

I have got a separate file - the last course I went on had lots of forms , handouts etc and so I keep them together in a file with a copy of my policy , LA flowchart , phone numbers etc
