    Default 4 under 2's

Thinking it's a no but could this be covered under continuity?
Existing mum has asked me to have her lo on a Wednesday 8-5. I already have 3- 1 from 8.30-12,30 and 2 9-5. So would have 4 from 9-12.30. Is this permittable with a risk assessment

In theory it is permissible. You would need to do a risk assessment and inform parents. Your risk assessment should consider whether you can practically have 4 under 2's at the same time. Do you have enough equipment? Is having 4 little ones going to limit going out?

Have a look at this document

Well two of them sleep at 10, then the twins go down 1030-11 so chances are won't have time to go out before one is then collected at1230.
I doubt I'll go out anyway
I'll have a look at that link ta x

I did it in the days when ofsted granted variations. Write a very good risk assessment/plan of the day, get everything ready in advance, keep things simple would be my advice,
What will you do if there is a fire or other emergency? How will you get them all out of the house safely?
