My dd1 is under the hospital & a couple of weeks ago they messed up her appointment, we ended up sat there all day waiting to be seen!
Well today i get a call to say she should have had 2 scans not 1 & they can't file a report on diagnosis without the other results!!!
We have to be there 9am Thursday...... Which now affects 4 schoolies & an all dayer (as its London & due to nature of scan cant really take him)
I know it cant be helped, just hate letting people down & know i would be annoyed if i were on the other end....

We had a similar thing with DD1 when she was due to have an operation (after 3 prior appointments) at GOSH which kept being cancelled for various reasons, some our end as a mindee got chicken pox. I understand that you don't want to let everyone down but hopefully it will allow you to get to the bottom of it and get it all worked out for your DD
