4 under 5 continuity of care

Hi, I'm hoping you guys can help me! I have my son & two other under 5's that I mind Mon Tues Fri.
I have taken on a 4 year old after preschool on weds & thurs for couple of hours. His nan has him the other three days but is struggling & I have been asked if I can do extra days but it will take me to 4 under 5. I said I may be able to under continuity of care but have just checked framework & can see nothing about continuity of care unless I have totally missed it! Can I do this ??
