Ask your parents which childcare voucher company their work uses. Sign up with them, give them your bank details, will probably need to see a copy of your certificate). Remind the parents to authorise the amount to come out of their pay and into the voucher company's account. They then pay you.
By doing this, (taking money out of their wages) parent's pay is reduced and they effectively pay less tax.

Yes. Ask your parents to investigate more about it first. Maybe their work has a form to fill in or a factsheet which tells you what to do etc. Usually you sign up to the voucher company that their work uses directly then all you have to do is remind the parents to authorise money being taken from their wages and given to the voucher company and then to you.
