WHat paperwork would you give out on a parents first visit? Or would you not?

I give a little booklet with an introduction- about me, prices, school runs etc, a few sample policies and sometimes parent references.
The amount the parents don't go with me I wonder if I'm wasting paper

I don't give paperwork - I email it beforehand. Usually fees schedule, typical daily routine, sample meals and the EYFS parents' guide. Then during the visit I expect to discuss anything they're not clear about or any other questions.
