    Default Pre-existing injury

    Hiya

Quick question. Is it a legal requirement to get parents to sign a pre-existing injury form or is making a note in daily diary enough.

I have dad drop off always in a rush and mum or nan collect. So sometimes it just isn't convenient when I have other lo.

Can I add that its not very often but x is a toddler and will have bruised knees etc but if we where to write everything down it would almost be daily.

    Thanks
    M

I made my own pre-existing forms, just a small slip of paper, I sent home each child with a couple so they can fill them in at home, if they forget I have some pinned on notice board in my porch with a pen, so they can fill it in while they wait for me to open the door. I then just hole punch them and put in NCMA accident folder.
