It is truly awful. Begging people to choose a higher monthly plan. The contact us page takes you to a map of the USA! Lettering which overlaps. What's all that about the whale and the boat?

Simply from the overall unprofessional look of the site, through to the disjointed links, maps detailing etc...would convince me to stay independent!
