    Default diabetes

    Does anyone care for a child with Diabetes?
    \if so do you do finger prick test on the child and what sort of forms have you filled out?

    My daughter has diabetes. I would suggest you get everything you may have to do written down by the parent and you both sign it. Then for the finger prick test maybe design your own form that just has date, time, level, your signature and maybe space for any action required ie if levels low give food/drink. Much like you would for administering medicine. The tester will also have a record of it, so the parents and you can refer back to it if you are not sure.
