Permssion forms

HI

I have just started out as a child-minder have no clients yet advertised but no luck I was wondering when do you give ur permission forms to parents outing and medicine would you give it along with your contracts, policies etc or wait for when you have an outing and do you give them an outing form for every outing you go for. Love to know what you all do Also what other permission forms do u have?

I'm sure there's more. All on one page with one signature at the bottom - no sign, no care but parents can discuss any concerns.

I give same time as signing contracts.

I made up one long consent form listing everything I needed permission for, any acknowledgements like policies and procedures and the EYFS
