Hi do you keep hard copies of invoices or just copies on your pc.

I guess you do need to keep copies.

I just keep copies on my computer...I don't think it's necessary to keep hard copies as I can link everything up if needed for accounts

Hi, I print off 2 copies one to send out and one to put in their file.

I send email PDF of invoice to families and print off a copy for my folder. I like to be able to note in pen the amounts coming in from employer's vouchers and bank transfers on each invoice and then tot it up and scribble 'paid' 'receipt given..' etc. I use NCMA accounts book so all my accounts are 'hard copy' so I like my invoices that way too.

I do a carbon copy and keep in the lo's file

mine are all on my pc, i email them out and store them by LO's name all grouped together in another file.

personally i think if parents would like a hard copy they will print it out. Its better for the environment that way as well as my pocket x

I have a copy on the computer but also print a copy and put it into my invoices folder. I then write on it the date it was paid.

I just keep a copy on my computer and email one to the parent, with a hard copy on request. Then I add on when they paid it.
