fees breakdowns???

hi i was wondering, do you write/print out a break down of what it would cost the parent per week if they came for a "meeting"


Ive done this and have given it to the parent, my otherhalf says its a good idea as then I wont or shouldnt have problems with parents comming to me and stating the they can not afford me after the contracts have been signed etc.

I have a list with all my charges on which I give to parents.

I think it's a good thing to do - it's a starting point for discussion and, like your hubby says, it should lead to less problems later

Yes i have basic rate, weekend rate, evening rates bank hols rates etc on a sheet in my parents pack.

They normally would ask what the hourly rate is on phone anyway, so can get a rough idea of cost before they turn up
