Can anybody help I need a copy of a blank invoice you use when invoicing parents who use you for the free 15 hours childcare. But still have to charge here for the rest of hours with me. I would try to design one myself but no good on computers thanks

You could just buy a duplicate book (receipt type book with carbon paper in), you can write out an invoice and when parents pay it, if they bring back the invoice you can write "paid with thanks" and initial or sign it and write paid by cash, cheque, childcare vouchers, bank transfer on your copy - then it acts as an invoice and a receipt all in one.

You have to show what you have claimed for and what you are charging as you can have a adit of the council

Sorry I thought you just wanted an invoice/receipt form for the parents for the extra hours they have used - I don't do funding yet so don't know how you would show both - unless you put on invoice 20 hours contracted less 15 hours funded, leaving balance of 5 hours to be paid for?

I use pacey accounts book and write in the funded hours above the charged hours and as a parents sign it council are fine with it as you know we are both in Birmingham. For example

By the way in typically birmingham la fashion received email yesterday that the new parents declaration form for the 2/3/4 funded hours for parents to complete which they have to complete for each term will be with us by 10 September yet this autumn term starts 2 September.
