Can someone point me in the right place to find a bit on the all about me for under 5s mine is like a book and wish to shorten to a page or two at the most what would you put in yours to keep it short but give you the best of information you require thank you

I suggest you look at the format that you have been using, take essential points from that and take it down to 2 A4 sheets plus an extra one for * Any other information you would like to tell me to make the transition to _____'s as smooth as possible.
