    Default Mortgage implications

I am thinking of buying a property on a buy to let mortgage and my son and his partner, Jane, would rent it from me.
Jane works at a nursery and is fully qualified and wants to set up her own child minding business from the property.
I would be the landlord and would give permission but what, if any, would be the mortgage implications?
Does anyone know of any restrictions regarding running a business from a buy-to-let property please. Thanks Doe

I suggest you take advice from an accountant who specialises in childcare matters.

    Good luck with it all
