Default Terminating at end of notice period

For the first time I'm terminating on the last day of settling in period. I was going to give parent a letter this evening saying I will have lo till end of term only (TTO contract). It's down to lo behaviour (aggression at home & out at groups which persists despite trying lots of techniques) & the effect this has on the other children. I am dealing with this lo all the time and have another with additional needs which I don't feel is getting all he needs from me & another who's mum has said that her lo has recently become more aggressive at home & he is normally very placid. I wasn't going to give a reason & I have mentioned the behaviour to parent although not said I felt I may terminate, would you say what I'm doing is acceptable? Thanks

Yes. That is what the settling in period is for.
