I have a mindee who is about to turn 8. Is she still in my numbers or not after her birthday?? Is she still in the 8 & under bracket until her 9th birthday or does she leave it the day she turns 8?
I've got complete brain ache over this.

As far as I'm aware as soon as she turns 8 she is out with your numbers.

She will no longer be in the under 8 years age group when she turns 8. So she will be out of the ratios after her 8th birthday.
