    Default Daily diaries/journals

    Hi.
I'm a new childminder and wondering if other childminders do daily diaries/journals for children that you only look after after school, although I will have the child( 6 years) all day in the holidays?
    Thank you.

I don't do daily diaries for children who are in school - we don't need to do journals over the age of 5 years but I do take lots of photos during the schools hols for our photo album and e-mail them to parents

Once it is the August after their 5th Birthday they are no longer subject to EYFS so you don't need to, so no I don't but still take lots of photos and update parents on anything worth mentioning.
