    Default Welfare Milk

    Just had the new style claim for welfare milk, it's now very simplified, just a few boxes to complete

    Seems to be just the info from the second side of the old forms (number of pints/litres supplied and cost per pint/litre) you don't have to list the numbers of children each day like we did before on the old form.
