    Default After school care!

    Hey lovely minders,

Can't remember the last time I posted on here, mostly because I was planning to quit! However I've decided that I don't want to work full time and can't find a term time only job so I am going to do after school and holiday care from September when DD and my only early years mindee start school. Thanks to my lovely DH getting promoted we can afford my drop in income and I'm going to advertise to get one or two more in!

What does this mean in terms of inspections? It will be three years next week since my last inspection but heard nothing yet. It took my friend over a year to get her first grading inspection and I know of other CMs here who are well and truly overdue. If I haven't had it before sept will I have one?

I need to get organised now! Hadn't rebooked my first aid that runs out in August as I thought I would have finished so need to try and get on a course for that, and will update all my policies ad risk assessments now that I'm carrying on!

Anybody else do after school only and managed to make a living out of it? Don't want to have to rely on my husband for money!
If you do not hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes
