    If I give up looking after under 5s what would I need to do. Do I still need to be registered etc

    I guess you would still remain registered. I think its when you care for over 8's you don't need to be registered?

    I would say so. What about the under 8's? No LJ though!

    You cn contact ofsted and be taken off the early years register, be warned the annual fee is more expensive though. I'd just carry on in case you change your mind sometime in the future.
