When will my daughter be out of my ratios?

Sorry its probably a silly question but my daughter will start school in Sept, do i stop counting her in my under 5 ratios when she actually starts school in the sept or when she finishes pre -school at the end of term?

Ie could I take on a new LO from end of july or do I wait until Sept.

When she is in full time school. Some schools do part time for the first few weeks so during this period she is still counted as one of your under 5's.

I checked this as I had a 5 year old due to start with me last October, the school only had her for mornings for the first month - she started full time at school the day she started with me so was classed in the 5-8 bracket x
