    Default Reviewing contracts

I use NCMA contracts one of which is due a review. Do I need to complete a new contract form if there are changes or can I cross out change and ask parents to sign agreeing to changes?

I do not use those contracts - but I believe it says in the terms and conditions that if you are making small changes you can use the same ones but if you are making big changes you should write a new contract.

I type up revisions to contracts if hourly rate changes, hours change etc. Do you think that this is OK? Or would I only get legal help - if needed - if I was using a formal PACEY contract. I don't want to have to spend money on lots of formal contracts if I don't need to, but I also want to be covered should any problems/disputes arise.
    Thanks for any advise.
