Not been on here for a while here a quick update I got my Medal form back know been sent all so my police check form been sent paid the 35.00 to ofstred just got to wait know. My very nice doctor did not charge for the Med form

Glad it's all going well.
My surgery didn't charge for my health check either, but they did charge my friend! I guess it depends who's on the reception desk at the time!

I delt with my Doctor himself My partner see him every 5 weeks and I went in with her I told him what I was doing and said I have to fill in A med form I asked how much He smiled and said no charge. So when I took it in he filled it in and called me I went and picked it up and sent a thank you card to him
