hi..i have been thinking about starting up childminding as a business from my home. ive looked on various websites and they are a bit conflicting! I really dont know where to start? qualifications? some sites say you dont need to, others do..? im quite confused and just want to make sure i start properly rather than running into problems later on..can anyone help me? thanks x

the reason you are probably finding conflicting info is that it is different depending on where you live. The best thing you can do is contact your local authorithy. They know what they will accept for you to work as a child minder within their area.
