Has anyone else had enquiries coming out of thier ears?!

Seriously haven't had an enquiry in a long long time..maybe a year or so. Within the last 2 weeks iv'e had about 9-10 people call me, email me or text me! Iv'e managed to take on 3 new ones and had another ask me last night (who would literally fill my last little tiny gap!) who hopefully will work out but it's gone mad! I HATE turning work away but am not moaning about it!

Then I suddenly remembered my school holidays used to be nice and easy with my 4 long term ones ive had for years and now ive got 3 new ones to add to the mix!!

Im about to go on maternity and I am getting enquiries too. However I can take any new ones on because im tired and struggling. Lets hope September will bring new little ones when I start back.

Yes, I've had lots recently too! I usually do around this time of year though for some reason. Typically though I'm not looking to take on any new mindees. Went for three months once with no mindees or enquiries and it was depressing!

Last July I was down to one part timer and one schoolie

Now i have 2 full time brothers (with a new baby due to start in september) plus been asked this week to take an old family back (1 baby and 2 schoolies)

Also fully booked for summer hols

so September is gonna be very very busy. What a difference a year can make

I have turned away loads of enquiries lately about 6 or 7 over a 2 week period. I finish for maternity leave in 7 weeks so actually winding down now. After school lot finished yesterday so just little ones to keep me busy until May.
