    Default Transition reports

    Hi all

Do I have to keep a copy of the transition report I wrote for a mindee that has just moved away? Do I need to keep it or just the template for Ofsted?

    Thanks

    Jac

Once a child has left you don't need to hang onto their paperwork - unless it is being saved for insurance purposes such as accident and injury reports.

So you should either hand it over to parents or safely dispose of it.
