    Default 2 year check

At a course I went on this weekend the Health visitor gave us a copy of the questionnaire they hand out to parents to fill in for the 24 month check up

I thought it might be helpful.

Wouldn't the EYFS be far simpler if it was in plain English like this form you have kindly shared - I am going to give a copy to my rising 2 year old's parents.

I've got a little girl that has been with me since October, she will turn 3 at the end of April. Will I still need to do a 2 year check for her?

    Thanks x

    That's fantastic-thank you.

Very interesting to read-the 2 yr old I have with delays who's mum is refusing to accept it?....reading through this there's not much on there that he CAN do-wonder if it will make mum see what we are saying now or if she will tick 'yes' to say he can do things he can't? It's so hard!

Thank you. On my course we were shown one but not allowed to keep it as they were too expensive! They are american apparently. Anyway, these are the forms that will be sent to parents when their child is due for a check, good to have a copy incase parents don't share it with us!

Yes, we were told we couldn't have one each as they were expensive, so we asked if we could download them and were told they weren't online.

I did a search this morning and there it was

A really good idea, lots of starting points for you to begin doing your 2 yr check but agree with green puppy, they come over a bit too 'American' for my liking. Might be possible to adapt though.
