Slim Fast

Hi

I was on holiday for last 2 weeks and put on 1/2 stone - so i did slim fast this week and have lost 5lbs ...... but it really made me realise how much i am a naughty little picker......... and how easy my hand reaches out for things to nibble - not doing slim fast next week just calorie counting and NO PICKING... (I do intend a few naughty glasses of wine this evening at the forum party)

I couldn't cope with this knd of diet. Is it just 2 drinks of it & then a meal at dinner time? I'd be starving & trust me tahts not good. I turn into a monster when i'm hungry

thanks - day 1 and 2 found v hard - got easier but could not be without proper food for 3 meals more than 1 week
