Default Having a mental block re what to take to course

I am going to a course titled Effective Observation Assessment and Planning. We have to take a copy of our current plans and assessment. I am presuming as we are looking at medium and short term planning I am to take my planning for these but am having trouble interpreting the assessment part, is it the blank paperwork I use or a written one with name blanked out or does it mean something completely different which I am not thinking of. Any ideas as to what you would take would be helpful.

Been a long day and my brain is frazzled!!!!

    Many thanks.

I'd take a couple of samples / examples of what I do to share with the group
