Just juggling with a few ideas and wondered what we have to pay assistants? I was thinking of taking on an assistant and help them with their training (contacts, not paying for it!!!)
Would need one three days a week for 9.5hrs per day.
Any related advice appreciated x

I pay for all of my assistance training and pay her £7 an hour
