Very good question, I'm not really sure, on one hand you are available to work as setting is open and would charge if they didn't come to you
if parent dropped them off, but you are offering the collection service and can't get there, so possibly shouldn't as your fault their not there (confused) and then, what
would happen if it snowed really heavy once lo was in your care and you couldn't get to drop them off you'd have to keep them all night

Have you got it in your contract that you pick up and drop off - if so and you cant fulfil either of them then you cant really charge.
If its a extra and a curtesy to help out I would be prewarning the parents and explaining that it there is heavy snow you wont be driving
When someone tells you nothing is impossible, tell them to go slam a revolving door
It is a favour as parents cannot drive so would you charge ! It a hard one !
