    Default Risk assesment for increase in numbers

    Hi sorry its an ask, would any body have a risk assesment for an increase in numbers ie 4 under 5 please. I have got a sibling of a child needing to start in Jan, mums hours changed and i will have 4 on a tuesday for a few hours. I have done every thing else like informing parents, mental assesment on if i can do it etc but getting stuck putting it in writing. Any help greatly appreciated.x
