Default Quick Question, answer needed asap

    Hi,

I have filled in an accident form for a 10yr old today as she hit her head on a table. Sometimes her sister picks her up but she is 15yrs old, Would you allow her to sign the accident form? Or just tell her what happened and leave for parents to sign when they next pick her up?

    Thanks

    melco

The form needs to be signed by someone with PR.

It's a head injury so parents need informing and advising about the risk of concussion / compression.

    Hope child is ok x

She is fine and she said she did not want me to fill in accident form. If parent does not pick up I will call them to let them know. She did not cry and I don't think its anything to worry about but because of the noise it made and it was a head injury I filled out the accident form. Parents will probably laugh at me for doing it as she has been with a previous childminder since she was little and apparently never had to fill one in whereas this is my second one!! He brother burnt his tongue a couple of months ago on a jacket potato and today she hits her head!!
