Now remember Sarah, she is a politician and they never answer a straight question. I saw somewhere to-day that there is to be an announcement very soon about some sort of deregulation will be made law early next year, so I wait with baited breath to see what happens next.

when we had the Leeds meeting her proposal was to simplify regulation by having 1 register not 3. Could this be what's going around?
