Default Sore legs from bum shuffling

    Hi
Not had a bum shuffled before. Minded 11 months has slight red legs from shuffling around. Mom and me keep putting socks on and pulling them high up but he just pulls them off. Any ideas as his legs get red by the calf area from bum shuffling

or long trousers with some elastic sewn on ends to keep them over his feet?

tights definitely-all my littlies wear them in the winter and you can get navy etc which are more suitable for boys.
