If you Google it there are loads out there...

The 'official' template is in the 'know how guide' on the www.foundationyears.org.uk website

That's because it's up to each one of us to decide how we want to set it out for ourselves...

You can use the templates in the 'know how' guide to design something or there are templates in my 2 year check e-book or there are different ones online - chatterbox childcare posted a link to one the other day.

I have talked about it as part of my info for parents about assessments and the EYFS and how obs, assessments, planning and summary assessments all work together to help us get a really good picture of how the child learns and what the child knows... so we can support their future learning blah blah

Thanks Sarah - I'm leaving that document til last once I have done all my p and p's over as I love the learning journeys and obs the best so it's my 'little treat' once I've bashed through all the rest - sad eh?!
